One of the most important and versatile pieces everyone should have in their closet is the oversized button-down shirt. Owning a few of these has made my life so much easier. They are perfect for interviews, meetings, weekends, or when you just don’t have the brain capacity to figure out what to wear to work in the morning. You can layer them, wear them alone with or without a belt, dress them up or down or even wear them with or without pants (how very Gaga)! I always steal my bf’s. It helps that me and him are like the same size. But normally, it is him sealing my clothes.
I really love all the plaid and striped button downs that are now out. You can wear them as a dress with leggings or over a t-shirt and bottoms plus tons of other versatile ways to wear them.
But I have yet to wear them with a waist belt! Like in the first picture!
